Our multi - talented President Mary Frantz has more than earned relaxation time, so at our last support group meeting
she turned the presidency over to Donna De Vries who seems quite willing and able to do the job. We
are very happy that Donna stepped up. Mary will continue as "greeter"
which is most appreciated by both old and new attendees. Mim Smith is "set-to-go" to head
our 2010 Parkinson's Unity Walk.

Mary Dickerson is now Mary Frantz. Gary and Mary both had wonderful marriages, and now at the ages of 80 and
74, they are beginning a wonderful new second marriage. They were married November 16th, at the Visalia United Methodist
Church at 3:00 PM. Gary's son, Michael, a pastor performed the ceremony, with Gary's other two sons, Matt and Mark, as best
men. Mary's two daughters, Cathy and Laurie, were the matrons of honor. Mary stated, "We are proud of our grandchildren,
who ably ushered, handed out programs, attended the guest book and received cards. We are grateful that Roger Dickerson, Bob's-brother,
sang "Because". Cathy's husband, Chris, graciously accepted my request that he walk me down the aisle. VUMC pastors,
Steve Creet and Tom Buratovich participated as well. Suffice to say, it was a great day! Love came down at Christmas and He
was present at our wedding as well. They
are busy uniting two households. They had a wonderful two weeks with friends at Gary's time-share in Laguna Beach and
with family at Oceanside. We pray for the joy of Jesus for each of you and for us. Let us know what is happening in your lives!!
